The info I had about what occured in the dressing room after the Catalans game does not bode well for Jimmy, the club and the 2009 season.
I think certain players (higher profile) want Jimmy out and wont play properly till he has gone.
It begs the question what the hell is the captain Morley doing? He is a well known supporter of Jimmy and surely its his role as captain to keep all the players onside, so to speak.
I have sympathy for Jimmy in certain respects. I dont think he is experienced enough for this job but he is definitely not getting full support from his charges which doesn't help his cause.

It's like I say, a lack of mental strength has been our undoing in recent years. We are aware of this, it's being rectified, we are getting there but it is one of those working processes.
This is what I don't understand, if you look at players like King, Higham, Morley, even the coach himself, they are all guys who have achieved great things in RL.
Are we now to believe they have 'lost' this mental strength that they must have once possessed. And if so, how has this happened! Surely you would have the opposite would be true, that there winning spirit/desire/mentality would shine through to the rest of the players.

Please PM if its not for the forum, I am fascinated as I have heard something similar.
At the end of the day all these stories of discontent in the camp are based on hearsay and rumour which people will believe if they want to, nobody really knows what is true.
All you can really make a judgement on is the unarguable facts, my judgement that Lowes is not up to the job is based on the fact he's lost seven straight games and the team is consistently putting in poor performances.
The team could be as tight knit and supportive of him as any set of players in the league but those results say he's not up to the task.

Or the players aren't upto the task.
Michael Stoute couldn't train a donkey to win the Derby, no matter how hard he tried
