International class and world class players throughout the team. Most pundits seem to say so and all but the most blinkered oppositon fans think so. We have gone from an average coach who wasn't quite good enough to a first class numpty who I doubt would even be good enough in the National Leagues, and understandabley we have gone backwards.
My wife is always taking the mick of my 'you get what you pay for' attitude, and it is easy for me to say this, it's not my money, but the cheque book needs to come out and if necessary there needs to be plenty of 0's on it!.

His team were booed off the pitch, about 1500 fans left with ten minutes to go. If he thinks his "I'm relaxed" attitude is the one to adopt, he needs to get a new PR agent.
Spot on , I am also being over critical but I think that he should wear a suit at the match. It looks professional and gives the right impression to his squad and the fans from the minute go.All this siege mentality and we dont care about what the fans say/want is really wearing thin with me.With all Cullens failings at least I knew we were going to watch some entertaining rugby , not so with this new set up.

It's not money standing in the way of that, it's him wanting to be near his son. And him being tied to a few contracts in RU.
We're the first ones to starve, we're the first ones to die The first ones in line for that pie-in-the-sky And we're always the last when the cream is shared out For the worker is working when the fat cat's about

Money talks my friend, if the wonga was right Edwards would come son or no son.
In reality its not going to happen so therefore Hanley would be my No1 target. He is just what this shambles of a club needs.

So if money were no object then you would go down the same route as we have done with our last 2 coaches and employ another rookie ? Their is no guarentee that Edwards will transfer his Union exploits to League, we need a proven League coach with a recent top drawer CV as Edwards would be yet another risk we can`t afford to take in our position as we need a steadying, winning influence and not another rookie RL coach.
Sean edwards could turn out to be the next big thing in rugby league if he ever switched back but we can`t afford to risk him in our situation, i thought you may have learnt that by now about rookie coaches.
If money were no object then i would make Craig Bellamy an offer he couldn`t refuse and get him to sneak Greg Inglis into his hand luggage.

And he also said he doesnt drop players after one poor game. so why drop KP????
We need a coach with passion.
We've tried that!!
You'd have all on to find a more passionate or enthusiastic coach than PC
Very very alarming that interview, though he is right there is no need to panic but there is something wrong perhaps he does need to do something drastric like drop King to demonstrate he is in control - there again perhaps he has been warned of not to and thats whats making him seem indifferent.
Waste of time reading interviews of any sport. They only come out with comments to appease the fans or bull up a team-mate.Saw last weeks headline about Fortress Wire and thought, sod it turn straight to the obtiuary page.
Heres a few qs for the next fobbing off session?
1/Why do you persistantly play players out of position?
2/Is it true you cant run a bath, let alone a rl team?
3/Any chance of playing something something other than 5 drives and a kick?
4/Do you care?
If my boss, was as unenthusiastic towards the tasks at hand, I think I'd probably struggle to generate results. In that conference, I thought he was borderline rude at times, his boredom with being asked questions that he obviously feels don't need answering shines through.
No disrespect to Gary at all, as I thought his questions were good, but I'd love there to be a fans forum right now with Jimmy, as I think he'd get quite a grilling. (If people could be bothered going to see him)
I think there's plenty to go at from that interview alone, it's too early to drop players, but he dropped Kev after 65 minutes of a performance that he was not to blame for.
When Lowes goes, which will be sooner rather than later, and I can't wait for that to tell you the truth. Never, ever did I think that I could dislike a person connected with Warrington so much, but I do, his reign will be remembered for me, by that forum with him & Gatcliffe. Getdownmonkeyman asks a question, Lowes gives a good five minute answer, but rambles off on a tangent, and finishes with "Was that alright for you ?" as a sign off, Monkeyman just says "No." pauses and says "Not really, that's not what I asked."
Easily my favourite moment of 2009, probably in my top 50, Ever.
