I agree they are a very good side.
That said i dont think they break the line all that much as most of their tries come from inside 20 meters its very rare you see Catalans score from long distance.

Seen him play there a few times and thought he was terrible to be honest. Just don't see him as a full-back at all. As much as I wouldn't want to split the half-back pairing up, I think it would be a much better option to have either Horney or Thorman at FB than anyone else at the club. I'd go with Horne, as Thorman is our play-maker. Washy, Hall or Berro at stand-off (if Berro, Houghton at hooker).
Catalans are a very good side who break the line a lot.
Like when? Hall is another Hull player for the fans love to target, Tom Briscoe makes a few mistakes but nobody mentions it, as soon as Hall does everyone is on his back. I watched hall a bit last season and in pre-season and looked pretty good there, esp going forward, caused Leeds alot of problems, be it only a friendly.
To break up our halfback partenship after a prmising start would be a very stupid move IMO, surley we have learnt from last season?

Most of their tries are scored out wide due to either a piece of brilliance from Mogg or a wedge ball to Greenshields.
They have some great backs in Mogg, Bell, Greenshields, Pelo and Bosc. plenty of skill and power, they have a few out int he forwards and might not have a recognised hooker playing, I think like the Wigan game we can beat them in the forwards.

It looks that way but that said i was really impressed with J-P Baille on Saturday.
I agree about a forward game is probably our best way of beating them as like Celtic their forwards are not that mobile especially Ferriol and Croker.
