5 pages in but...
the car window kits truly are a disgrace. Who proofs them? It seems they just unpacked them and merchandised them straight out the box for display. I wouldn't sell them, send back as faulty to save embarrasement like that picture shows.

In any case, there's no parking with it, and I can't see anyone paying £2 a go just to visit the club shop. I wouldn't.
Given the current performances, there'd be room a plenty if they used the old wooden Programme Hut from Central Park to sell mis-spelt name tat in.
They could also get rid of a couple of the "pleasant" staff as theres hardly likely to be a steady stream of people making purchases.

All we ask for is some professionalism get things like this sorted and get it right first time ffs.
It’s not to much to ask to be seemed to be professionally run?
I think the salary cap means you have to employ some duff staff in the shop too.

Job for Mathers?
Conroy - Being a Latics fan i'm already immune to watching sh*te.
Sally Cinnamon - Treat the Saints forum as you would if you met a girl from St Helens. Best policy would be to avoid altogether but if you absolutely can't resist temptation then take every possible precaution.

To be fair, the ignorant staff were there before the current chairmens time. I'm certain Mick Hogan will employ his own merchandising staff to take over the running of the new store to complement the existing staff who chat away behind desk not doing much whilst belittling the 16 year old who carries out all their work.

some of these agents are elderly and carry hundreds of pounds to the shop....maybe they would feel vulnerable in a crowd.
if we are having a club shop, then lets still keep the lottery office where it is. im pretty sure the club own the building outright, so extra rent wouldnt come into the equation.
Tell you what, lets ignore all commercial merits and keep the old lotto agents happy instead.
That's crazy.
Why can't the lotto be run from the JJB in one of their undoubtedly very secure offices? Or even if it does move to the 'new' club shop, what's to stop the lotto agents going there? it makes zero difference.
And if the club own the existing shop, great. They can make £150k by selling it. Or £10k a year by renting it to me.
