On Wigan's main shopping street bang in the middle of the town centre and perfect size at £80,000 per annum. Perfect size too
I just wish I knew the clubs budget!
While you say you wish you knew the budgets, it is worth bearing in mind that Saints considered their town centre store a success, however, still saw fit to move from one that cost £70,000 PA to £30,000 just down the road.

Its near B&M now isn't it? The ar$e end of the shopping centre, still £40k is a huge rental saving.

Ar$£ end compared to where?
But yeah, it is right near the Market. However, in the long run though, this is closer to the new ground, and (in relation to the development) also on the way from the bus station and a short walk from the train station.
Obviously, costs are the biggest justification, but for floating buyers on a match day, it kills the apathy of "eugh, walking through town"

those people wind me up so much! there was literally 6 people today with clipboards trying to stop people.... ahhh
anyway that mistake really is shocking! and the location of the shop is rubbish, which is partly the reason i've never even been inside.
