That is embarassing.

It's a combination of wherever they've been made and the fact that the shop staff have put them out regardless of the errors it would seem.

To be honest i wasnt going to post it, but you cant beat a good moan

Here is the guide to customer service i recieved on Friday - The Warriors World way...

I looked at the mini shirts (other topic) and started laughing that they had print the names wrong to a response "ITS NOT MY FAULT, IVE BEEN FAR TOO BUSY TO CHECK THEM". In fairness there was 3 people in the shop at the current point, and the shirts has been on general sale for 25 minutes.

This was before i went to buy 2 shirts and produced my season ticket to gain my 10% discount, (i wasnt aware you needed a voucher). I asked why i could not have the discount as it was obvious i was a season ticket holder once again my polite reply "IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT A VOUCHER I CANT HELP YOU, I DONT MAKE THE RULES, NOTHING I CAN DO, WHAT WOULD THE ACCOUNTANT SAY WITHOUT A VOUCHER"

Rude is not even close.

Apparently without this voucher they cannot prove that the season ticket hasnt already been used in buying a shirt previously, well im sure it could have been used in the previous 25 minutes they had been in sale, this didnt settle with her either "YOU NEED A VOUCHER, I DONT MAKE THE RULES, I CANT HELP" ( a voucher i got 4 months ago!!)

There was 2 other people in the queue who only had there season tickets and no voucher, who ended up walking out of the shop without buying a shirt. After waiting for the shirt to go on sale 3 months late.

Awesome customer service. So what if the ticket could be used again and again, would this not benefit the club in the chance of increased shirt sales?.

You need to stop buying those mini skirts.

You haven't got the legs for them.
