Think it would be good if people could suggect various other ways to help egress from the car parks etc and send them to the SMC via FC Voices.
From what i was told last home game its the pre-match traffic that needs sorting. Took my dad over an our to get from Princes Ave to the KC car park, he missed the kick off.

I think for a start they should ban all traffic movements for 15 mins after a game to allow all the pedestrians to vacate the stadium, safely get out west park and across walton st, anlaby road, spring bank and argyle st etc.
Once all this pedestrian activity has stopped, they could adapt a green light system at the majority of the light at junctions to give traffic a more clear run.
Mind you fans could use there noggin a bit more and if you need to be accross anlaby road, then why not go under the flyover, although that route could be lit better as it is very dark on a night.
But for me i dont know why certain people use the car KC car park when there are better places to park that are cheaper, easier to access & egress and at the most a 15 minute walk from the stadium whih means you are straight in your car and hit very little traffic

Sacrifice the east hull black and whites for the greater good?
Just thinking of different ideas for my dad, he doesnt finish work til about 7 on a Friday so needs other options. Not sure what time St Stephens is open to but its worth thinking about i guess.

I would imagine it's open fairly late because the cinema, bingo and restuarants use the car park.
Another idea would be for the council to use one of the multi storeys in city centre as a park and ride. on match days obviously not ideal for city games but would be handy for fc games.
