What a load of poop! How can you be so judgemental after they have only played 2 games. Talk about hanging a man without a trial, you could argue they have a 50% success rate, Muppet. The whole ethos with the 3 year franchising of the league is to let them buid up a decent team and some long term support.

When you look at where we have come from last year starting again with an almost completely new team not forgeting competing with a young squad, i think this first year back is about finding our feet again, look at Catalans they were disgraceful in there first year and not so good in there second but in the third year when they were given chance to build from the previous two they didn’t do to bad did they, same with us when we came back in 2004 it took us a year or so to get back upto speed and we ended up making the playoffs two years after, i think you will see the best of Salford over the next two years with the stadium and money being pumped into our club, we will be just fine were building for the future, don’t forget a clubs future isn’t judged on one season and especially not the first season back to the elite league, lets just see how the next three years go then people can come back and judge.
to be fair i thought salford played some decent stuff in that second half, enough to indicate to me they will be alright this season. wakey's scrambling defence was excellent or it would have been a much closer finish.
must admit dont know what happened to em for the first half hour

Salford shouldn't have been considered until the new stadium was available. They are an amateur outfit, but it's reflective of the shocking overall standard of the clubs in Super League.
There are only Wigan, Hull and Warrington that have the facilities and support required. None of the other clubs have both.

Seeing as Ryles, McGuire and Carlaw were all missing from the side that put 40 points past Warrington, does that make Warrington Championship One standard? Or are you talking out of your @rse again?

Amature? Salford are one of the best run clubs in the game from a business point of view, same could be said for all the teams with bog standard stadia.
