Monas was a top player in Aus, How many times does Briers under perform ?
We now have a good forward pack, we just need to find a way of distributing the ball to the backs

I'm sick of hearing "So and so was a top player is australia". TBH i couldn't care less how they perform over there, they should be performing here, and if they can't, then them being a good player in australia counts fr absolutely nothing.

I watched the game on Friday night, why can`t we sign someone like Dobson. A player that wants to play week in week out, and would link very well with Monas, Mona`s isn`t a bad player, he`s just got no one to work with

Our scrum half and stand off are terrible, simple as that,
neither have got it in them do drag us round the park,
when it really matters,like a dobson,or a luke robinson,
or even a rob burrow,
stick briers or monas in the stands for a couple of games,
chris bridge to fill in,
and let briers,or monas play there way back into the team..

Briers has been the perennial underachiever but then this is nothing new. I've spent years joking about being the president of the 'Lee Briers Haters Club'. He's always been good, but not quite good enough. Back through the years no partnership with Briers has ever really clicked as everyone would have liked.
To give him his due he can be brilliant and have flashes of genius but he's nowhere near as consistant as we need to be challenging the likes of Saints. Plus he seems to have a really annoying habit of only playing well when he wants to.
