BIG Wigan fan.
Was he returning the Quid Pro Quo for the Dire fans' support of Cats in the CC Semi?

There seems to be only you that defends Higham, the majority of posters started seeing the real Higham midway through 2008 when Millard was proving to be a better player and it was only in 2009 when we really started to see the true Micky Higham.
There is not only me who defends Higham but you need to get a bit of perspective. He is actually no worse than some players who I believe you and others think the sun shines out of their backsides.
I have never claimed he is the worlds greatest hooker but I can recognise the talent he does have. You can't. You are biased for some reason.
Look at last years SL stats for Higham who you do not rate and Lockers who I assume you do .
If you do you will find on average Lockers missed about twice and many tackles and gave away about the same number of penalties (on average given games played) but Lockers is untouchable.

You most probably will as we are not very good and have a coach who is taking us backwards.
However, as previously stated, even if you DID, I could not take comfort in anyone else's failings when we have problems of our own that really need addressed.

It is a hard pill to swallow but unbelievably true.

You seem to think that I am a big fan of Locky, that I am not, if Locky plays crap then I will say it in which I have. Locky is though more valuable to the team than Higham, see the reason why Locky signed a new contract and Higham didn't. The people at the top aren't stupid, we seen IL in Australia and we asked him was it down to contract issues or playing issues? IL said the latter in which is also what BN believed aswell. IL also stated it was down to playing issues at the fans forum meeting after the Huddersfield game.
Why do you think Noble didn't want to keep Higham at Bradford when they got Newton? They could very easily have told Wigan to go elsewhere and they'll keep Higham but he didn't want him there and he doesn't want him now.

Then we had amongst other things the Higham factor. All the things that he ballsed up at Wigan last year he did again (Although his passing was better, maybe that's next weeks problem).
He gave penalties away and he dropped the ball. Catalan capitalised.
IMO Wire wasted their money on Higham. A far better way forward for them would have been to move Monaghan into the hooking role and to bring in a good stand off.
That would have been our way forward too Brian !!!!!!!!!
