take some of your own advice danril and stop conveniently ignoring some of the posts made initially. Khlav Khalash in particular makes some very accurate and fair posts in response to the opening thread, whicch itself was clearly made in an attempt (successfully it turns out) to get wakey fans to bite

If you can point out any salient posts I'd love to see them. There is NOTHING to justify your own position, just sniping at other clubs up until last night.

All he said was the pack was weak due to Moore's illness. It does not justify signing a reserve grade second rower to cover this prop. If celtics and Reds can recruit 'whole' teams why can't Trin find one extra player?
Even some of your own fans questioned only 2 signings when several had gone. Yet we have pages of justifying the signing and loads of 'chip on shoulder' comments. And one sad chappy who is sick to the pit of his stomach

I have though. Maybe not how many over seas we had etc but I did say we have improved on the past which is all we can do. We are heading in the right direction and thats all that counts

In other words you didn't fully qualify what you were saying. It's all well and good saying you've improved but if you don't offer up some evidence then what do you expect? Say you've improved, give the reasons why, job done. But you didn't do that and a selection of morons just spouted the usual bile.
ATEOTD you can sign who you want for me, you'll live and die by those signings amongst other things in the eyes of the relevant people. What I think doesn't matter because I'm biased. But if you're going to try and make a point and then not justify it then don't be surprised if people don't take it on board. And don't snipe back trying to drag other clubs down just because your lot are falling short, although I accept that isn't necessarily something you personally are guilty of.

In the past all we did was look to sign overseas players and we did not give 2 hoots about British players. Now we do and we are developing some good young players. Some from our academy and some player’s who would not have got the chance if we did not sign them.

I dont actualy mind you, at times though you can be VERY biased, like most people are even me.
But at times you post things with no reason to try and get a reaction!
