The thing which bored my about Ganson, is his interpretation of the offside rule. We looked to be stand at least 12yrds yet Cas players especially 14 where standing in front of Ganson moving before the play the ball and making the tackle, no foul. What is all that about, I swear Hock got the ball at one point and the guy was 5 yrds away????? And there try in the the right hand corner in the 2nd half the lad who scored it, was a good 5 yrds off side, the Linesman had a clear view and did sweet FA. The officals where, are and always will be a joke.

But saying that not matter how bad the team of officals where we should have batter Cas last night we are proper crap.

Are well nearly 24 hours before the ref was to blame. The bonus is you only get him twice more this season!!

Wait until you get one of these second rate refs like Quins had a Cas last week. He couldn't keep up with play.

The knock on was the worst refereeing decision i have ever seen. It wasn't a little fumble, he was stood up and dropped the ball it hit the floor bounced up and caught it again! Unbelievable! The touch judge was at fault more than Ganson!

If you drop the ball and it goes forward then you regain possession that is a Goal Line Drop Out. Should the ball not be gathered and is touched down by an opponent then it is a try. If you drop the ball and it travels toward your own dead ball line then it may be picked up and play will carry on. The ball is deemed to be In Goal if it is on or behind the Goal Line, or the player carrying the ball has at least one foot on or behind the Goal Line.

I'm not being pedantic about the 'Try Line' but you often hear Eddie and Stevo amongst others referring to a Try Line but it simply doesn't exist and never has!

Pugwash.

I wasn't at the game. The incident that is being referred to(On the try line) in light of what you are saying, was Gansons decision wrong?

Who cares about the ref, Castleford played well and fully deserved the win, we are not good enough.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

Didn't think he did too badly personally.

After seeing the highlights at half time I didn't think Ainscough's try in the first half was forward. Did anybody else see different?

I didn't see much wrong with their disallowed try either.
