In Leneghan's case I think I'm right in saying that he had to ask permission to buy W***n because he was still the owner of Bronquins, they gave him permission but told him that there was a time limit to owning both clubs, also that he had to have no dealings in the running of the Bronquins. I'm not sure what the time limit was but I'm sure there can't be long left on it - what are they going to do though? He can only sell it if someone is willing to buy it.

He doesn't own Quins, nor have any dealings in their day-to-day operation, though I think he does still own a small number of shares. No different to how many clubs Arthur Thomas has been involved with, in my mind.

He owns considerably more than a 'small number' of shares Matt - I think you'll find that he's the majority shareholder - and a big majority at that.
