I don't see many positives in this for RL.
In his Sport England role Lewis will have to demonstrate impartiality and, if anything, it may mean we get less money so that he isn't accused of bias.
When Sir Rodney Walker held this position in the 90's we didn't exactly get a lot out of it either.
But, worst of all, it now means that the arch buffoon Wood is going to have even more power to impose his own special brand of incompetence.
