Our tactics don't affect Goudling being a turnstyle, Carmont isn't that good in all reality, Smith & Tommy are 7's and we are a prop short.
Noble in or Noble out, we are mid table and have been for a few years.
Of course we are mid table id mid table means 3rd in a 2 horse race, the sad thing is we are not progressing.
If you analyse every team they need players to be complete teams but they do not have them.
Tactics do influence missed tackles. You have to put the defence in a best position to make the tackle the current tactics do not give our players the best chance to make the tackle.
I know i am going to be called a know it all and a big headed b@stard, but i knew Shenton would hurt us if we retained this tactic. i documented it on here and it is the reason i expected a loss tonight.
You cannot give any team space and time with the ball in hand and expect to win a game, especially if you offer so little in attack.

how does he coach tim smith how to tackle? how does he coach o'gloughlin how to keep a rugby ball in play? how does he coach o'gloughlin to stop giving away penalties? how does he coach o'gloughlin to stop missing daft tackles?
simple as, he cant, these are schoolboy errors which players learn at under 8's! it is just poor individual play what is letting us down.

Really do not have a care about Wigan when we are playing you - but we are Rugby League - I am Hull FC through and through but i will not have it that Wigan has lost its soul. I do think that the club has lost its way with recruitment - Lockers as you all call him is a Barry Basic as far as the rest of he Rugby League Fraternity is concerned as is Hock =So you need a new captain to start.t I think Pat Richards is a great player - one of the best in SL but were is your pack - I cannot even give any a name in conversations I have with fellow RL Fans - Maybe Feka but any others we would struggle. 0 and 3 I think you have been here before but sacking the coach Im not sure - who would you replace him with

Do we have a deal?
tbh hes Mr Hull FC and hes the one player i wouldnt want to lose ,i think he would go great with lulu though ,maybe we should do a deal lulu is half hull anyway
seriously i did hear hull tried to get fielden in the close season but his salary at yours was the problem ,wigan would let him go but we wouldnt give him what you are paying him ,reading other posts i would think you would have been glad to get rid and free some cap space up for other positions more critical, looking at your halfs thorman would have been a good signing for you ,glad we got him though really improved our kicking game ,im sure things will cum good for u soon

In the past Dennis Betts, Sean Edwards, Ellery Hanley, Andy Gregory, Martin Offiah were the soul of the club most of these postions are now taken up with overseas players because the present management are always looking at the short term fix option.
You can,t do that in Superleague anymore the driving force is Leeds and St Helens and to some extent Hull in home grown talent.
When the soul of the club is lost you get inconsistency, frustration and inplosion this is what seems to be happening to this once proud club.
