So, when you are next in a flatearth/knuckledragging/anti-expansionist mood I suggest you direct your anger at Mr Lewis and Mr Murdoch.
Have a good trip down

Do Sky govern which stand(s) a club is allowed to open?

er...it would appear so in this case. Personally, I would have told Sky and the RFL to do one.

Also, given the choice, the East stand makes semse as the bar in the Lexus wouldn't be able to cope on it's own, where as the Kings bar in the east is bigger.

Oh dear

I fail to see how one full stand facing the camera and both ends empty will look anything other than pathetic on tv. It's cost cutting by the club gone crazy.

It's possible that the only tickets available will be stuck in the corner when there are seats with much better views, even behind the goal, remaining empty?

Perhaps if people were offered a choice and a chance of a decent view your crowds wouldn't be so abysmal

you've cracked it....it's taken 30 friggin years, but at last, someone has realised why no bugger wants to watch Pro RL in London. It's because we don't let people sit where they want.
Simple really.....can't understand why it has taken this long

As I said, the step of closing the Lexus was made at the request of SKY, through the RFL. I didn't say it was a good idea, I just pointed out how this situation came about.
Have a good trip down

It's another sympton of an amateur organisation. If you can't see that, there's no hope.

It's very sensible closing the Lexus, just completely barmy not to sell tickets for the stand behind the goal until all the east stand tickets have gone.

I'll be taking the trip up incidentally, not down

As long as the Kings Bar is still open !!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery.......

I will look to the moment, and miraculously, the future will take care of itself.

Radio 5 Live, Sat, April 14th, 2007,...Dave Whelan, "In Wigan, rugby will always be king"

'I was certain, positive, convinced, and yet..........unsure'

'It's only rock 'n' roll, but I like it'

Worry will not prevent destiny from unfolding.
