Just been on their website, and it shows 2 stands, but only one of which you can buy tickets in, so either the main stand is sold out - unlikely! - or it's right, only the Etihad Stand for sale.

Shocking move there, with one of the biggest away crowds they'll get all season!

Don't worry - It only seems kinky the first tiime you try it!

Probably done this so that the stadium looks full on Sky... well one side!! were am sure most camera angles are taken from.

once the stand is full am sure they will open behind the sticks!

It was 3 years ago though, and at the same time as England v Portugal in the World Cup, and we still filled a stand behind the sticks and more

Even on Sky, we'll not be far off outnumbering their fans

How long can we let this embarressment go on in rugby league.....its time the quins ship up or ship out IMO...even salford, wakefield, or celtic would be ashamed of this!!

OK....let's get something straight...I like Wigan fans in general and I look forward to what is usually our best crowd of the year when you come down. BUT.......the reason we have only opened the East Stand, with the North stand for overflow is because SKY asked the RFL to ask us....so as to make it look like there were more than 3,000 in the ground. So, when you are next in a flatearth/knuckledragging/anti-expansionist mood I suggest you direct your anger at Mr Lewis and Mr Murdoch.
Have a good trip down
