World Club Challenge Live on Foxsports

Rugby League fans across Australia will be able to watch the World Club Challenge between Manly Sea Eagles and Leeds Rhinos live from 5am EDST after Channel 9 supported a request to broadcast the match on FOX SPORTS.

I wont be home to watch it, so now I have to wake up early hours in the morning to go to the casino just to watch the damn game.I hate you NINE.Can't wait for the contract to be over with these f u c k e r s. :evil:

What the hell? Are infomercials and televagelists that important?

I've always woken up or stayed up to watch the WCC. I'm not going to bother this time if the only chance i've got is to watch it by stream on myp2p or something.

Very disappointing.

9 has been showing it live, so obviously no adverts while play is on. And Fox reaches less people (including me), so how could it be better than on free-to-air?

Well its better for RL fans in NT, Tasmania, SA, Vic and WA anyways! Well those with Fox (which most do have as Ch9 is terrible for coverage outside of NSW and Q'land!)

I don't understand why Ch9 aren't showing it, what else have they got to air at that time in the morning? All I can think is Fox decided to offer them some decent money for the live coverage.

Anyways from a purely selfish point of view I think its great!
