The 'new' one has been around for years, it was the Centenary Badge used by he club in the mid eighties, thats why it has our original Red & Blue colours on it.

I prefer to stick with tradition and keep the Three Crowns badge, City and Hull FC discarded the Crowns a few years ago (though Hull have recently brought it back) we are the only club to use it continiously.

The Hull Kingston Rovers brand is strong enough to carry the two designs .

When I say 'new', i meant the current one (as it is a relatively 'newer' version of our traditional badge). The centenary badge is the one I was referring to when I said 'old'. Sorry, I am aware of the origin of both badges but agree my terminology was a bit dodgy

The centenary badge stood for just that, and though a proud representation of our history, the three crowns badge is that of Hull Kingston Rovers and though others will imitate, as said by others, the 'shark' put a stop to the continuation which again proves, Hull Kingston Rovers are a pure, representation of this city, no Gateshead style fishiness going on over this side of the river.
