Fingers crossed you won't have anything to celebrate anyway but you know what I mean.

I know what you mean it was just a thought doubt I will do it.

Not for that game. They won't get tickets.

Waiting on my ballot results, but also got two irons in the fire to have mine.

Be wary with ticket exchange, in the time your joining up, likely that your tickets will go. You have to be quick for the Liverpool game

Same with us and Bojinov. He came on with late camneos in his first two games at the beginning of the 2007/08 season because he wasn’t fit. Then Sven picked him to start against United. Thus making it clear he was first choice striker. 10 minutes into his first start he damages his ACL and is out for the whole season. He comes back and looks impressive in pre-season (2008/09). In our first game of the season against Villa, he ruptures his achiles while warming up before the match starts. He played 60mins for trh reserves the other night but he is unlikely to be 100% and match fit before the season ends.

The frustrating thing is, he is a quality player, and he could be the player we have desperately needed for two seasons. I’d be surprised if he ever reaches his potential following such major injuries.

Not having him, Johnson and Petrov available for almost the entire season have been huge blows to us. Meanwhile Barry, Young (bestest ever left winger ever) and Agbonlohor have been virtually ever present. You need luck and ability. If Villa had the equivalent in terms of injuries, they would struggle to be in the top half of the table. Although we could have helped ourselves a lot more on several occasions this season e.g. last weekend.

I don't think what the lad said is unqualified / unmitigated. It's an opinion that has some reasoning behind it.

Quote:Any Fulham fan will tell you he made a big difference when he played (and was fit). If his best days were at Wigan how can you explain the England call-up while at Craven Cottage?

Jimmy Bullard did well at Fulham but I too thought he was better at Wigan. He was more consistent and had more energy. I think his performances at Fulham received more press and plaudits because he scored spectaular goals that were very vital to the clubs survival.

TBH the fact that he can get in the England team says a lot about the quality of English midfielders

I've watched Bojinov a few times, although I wouldn't say he's the player City are missing, he is good and has fantastic technique. He'll be a good option to have when he's fit.

Just been on the local telly that Turner city signed Bullard knowing he had a tear in his cartlige.
