He's kind of right though, isn't he?

You'd have to say that only Saints and Leeds, currently, would have any impact in the NRL.

He is right. Okay the comments are a bit embarrassing for the RFL who are trying to promote the game over here but the truth sometimes hurts. If we played the WCC under the same format as in 1997 the SL clubs would probably get stuffed even more than they did back then.

Manly Chief Exec. Grant Mayer's comment on the British SL

Have a look at Celtics players CVs - looks pretty 2nd tier to me.
