What is it with Leigh and injuries, lost 2 players early on last night and Morrison after 5 minutes on Sunday.
This must be the third season on the trot where we are down to less than 20 players before the season actually gets properly going.
Anybody any idea who is out long term and who will be back for the Haven game, which will be key.We are looking very weak in numbers re forwards,Hobsons suspension will not help one bit.
Also who do we think is the next player to strp up into the first team from the reserves
Over 50 years of pain, pleasure, frustration, joy, heartache and ecstasy that supporting Leigh has given me but I would not swop it.
From what i have been told Armistead was struggling badly after the game. He would of made a massive difference second half last nite. Stanton copped one in the face dunno how bad he is, the Stanton incident was a high tackle but just a penalty awarded against Rovers and we lost a man for the match!

If that is the case we should put the incident on report, we seem to suffer from trial by video.

Thought Armistead was very unlucky as he hit the deck in an off-the-ball tackle when Watson threw a dummy, only for Watson to stand on Armistead's leg when trying to find a gap. Accidental but hugely unlucky all the same.
Stanton was warming up in the second half, seemed ok, but he didnt put him back on.
Alsteads back in training and Smith apparently.
Hobbo will get a ban.
Morrison looked to be limping after the game when he cam on the pitch with the players.
Ian Mort, he had a hamstring strain, not too serious. Told not to play so as not to risk it tearing.
Armistead looked to be limping badly too at the end when he came on the pitch.
Not sure re Mc Connell.
Durbin went off too in the second half and didnt come back on, dont know if hes injured?

No way, just think he doesnt get a fair chance thats all, but hey Im not a coach I dont see what they do in training etc.I can only judge him by what I see when he plays.
