I presume your not going then.

Yes, im going as I go to all the games I can regardless of thier importance. To me though its below winning the league leaders trophy and a long way below the CC and especially the GF. As I say, it is nice to win because you get a nice little title but I dont jump up and down or get emotional at those games like I would a proper final.

Also its not reallt tampering when we have no other option. Gibson is a stronger candidate to be playing than allan IMO. He is better going forward an a lot better in defence. Gibson played Loose when he was in the academy for a bit too so im sure if needed he could cover there too

To be honest I go to the games and look forward to them without having to check an 'Importance Meter'. It's a big occasion IMO, the chance to be back to back world and domestic champions!!! Come on that hardly occurs often, and what's the likely-hood of it happening again? And I thought you as a NRL bummer would look forward to us going against our foreign counter part champions. And an opportunity for a partizan crowd and possible silverware to be won at Elland Road shouldn't be overlooked. rhinoms as hit the nail on the head with last years WCC reference, you don't see much tougher than that. Go have a word with yourself son.

Jeez, what fantasy do you have about the little feller? Whatever, it's not right you know!

A positive attitude may not solve your problems, but the number of people it will annoy makes it worthwhile.

I get plenty of chance to see them in full meaningful action thank you. In fact every NRL game I have been to has been close and intense with no more than 6 points in it

Dont get me wrong, if we win I will be happy because Im a Leeds fan but the emotions have never run high for this game for some reason. As long as it's a top quaity trial I will be happy.

This may annoy a few on here though but IMO Manly by 10-15 :)

It won't, your voice holds no meaning.

You just get back to thinking about Fallon's mop and w*nking over the memory of Danny Williams playing in the second row.

Brent Kite is an undoubted loss and was the main reason I got a ticket for the game. Im a big lover of forward play and the chance to see who I regard as the best prop in the world was going to be a great oportunity. As it is now i feel a tad dissapointed but hey ho, what can you do.

Menzies is past it hence his move to Bradford. If he was still good enough to play NRL then the would have dropped someone else out of the squad instead of telling him that he wont fit under the cap. Plus Watmough and Stewart are both excellent 2nd Rows who would stroll into our team as 1st choice 2nd rows.

Bell was good but again they are still strong.

Just a look at the team that starts is mouth watering. They also have arguably the best attacking FB in the world. His strike rate in the NRL is something to behold and in Orford they have someone who can organise the attack and break down the defence with no problem at all.

I wonder what the big Jimbo's up to these days? I know he finished playing up at Bath, but I wonder what he's doing outside of rugby in 2009?
