Manly are fielding a rookie side against Quins

Manly will play a warm-up against Harlequins this Sunday morning in London.

The Sea Eagles will field a rookie side against Harlequins before sending out their top side against Leeds.

http://www.foxsports.com.au/story/0,865 ... 14,00.html

This game WCC is a moral booster for the success deprived SL fans.
The gap in talent was shown in the World Cup, the Kiwis won and good luck to them it was good for the game.
The fact that 33 from 34 players in that game were from the NRL says it all

Absolutely spot on.

Mind, I particularly enjoyed the Olympics last year, since it showed what a bunch of appallingly bad losers Ockers are.

ER....they have brought 23 players with them on this trip, so rookie side is a bit of a puzzling statement. What may happen, is 6 players will get to sit the game out, or they may have unlimited interchanges during the game and use everyone, but a rookie side it won't be.

getting the excuses in early for when the Quins turn them over.

I am pointing out that Manly are not putting their strongest squad out in the Quins game.
Is it that hard to understand?

Club and International games?
Half of the Super League teams are imports from the NRL what are you trying to say?

What part of this game is in Manlys favour or any other team that Oz has sent over in the last decade?
The deck is stacked as always and you all know it, its the only chance you get to gloat as you win bugger all.
In saying that Manly by 20 +

Mintball one reasonable Olympics does not make a strong case.
It was only because England through massive money at it due to the game in England next time.
How have you gone in previous Olympics?

Its Laughable
1966 in Football
2005 Ashes win
2008 Olympics
You cling to so little for comfort its sad.

Mintball you should spend more time moderating abusive posts on this forum than gloating over one of results in sport.

What you actualy did was cut and paste a link from a pretty lazy piece of Journalism that pointed out, incorrectly, that Manly would field a Rookie side, when in actual fact, at least 7 of the side that will play against Harlequins will also play against Leeds.
Hope that clears that up for you

7 from 17 players is not half last time I looked?
You have really bad hangups about winning a trial game don't you?
