The plan was to do the joint Stand more-or-less immediately after Leeds sold the cricket ground to YCCC (the artists impressions are knocking about somewhere). They have since decided to develop the North end of the cricket ground in conjunction with Leeds Met.
2012 sounds about right for the North Stand, although it wouldn't surprise me if that date got pushed back - a lot will depend on finances and possibly whether the Tykes are in the Premiership or not.
