Cant understand why people are feeling sorry for him,he's a drug addict and should be locked up for a long time.Nobody forced him to take drugs,it was his own choice.Being a former rl player is no different to a warehouseman when it comes to drugs.

I think that's quite naive to be honest. I've never taken drugs, but throughout my life people have, and my dad is now a councillor in a rehab centre, to say anybody who take drugs should be locked up is harsh and quite unfair in my opinion. You can't tar everybody with the same brush, I'm not saying drug taking is right, far from, but there are many reasons people take drugs, and to say they should be jailed for it isn't fair, in my opinion.

Yeah, I agree actually. I think there's a distinct difference between 'drug takers' and 'drug pushers'. The former, I think you'll find everybody has their own story/tale to tell that comes with it.
Could'nt give a toss for addicts and dealers.the lot of em should be thrown in a hole and left to rot. They're an absolute drain on society and taxpayers money.Get rid of this scum and the crime rate is reduced to single figures.

Yeah, think your probably right. If you get the people off the streets connected to drugs, you'd be left with 9 criminals, it'd be a bit like a crime related game of 'Guess Who'.

I know we cannot do this, but I'd love to know the percentage of posters who havent in their entire life had the odd drag on a joint, dropped an e, whizz, charlie, acid etc. I reckon we would have more prisons than houses if we followed Live Wired policy.
For the avoidance of doubt the author does not condone the taking of illegal drugs nor makes any admission in relation to the same. If you, or someone you know, has been affected by the issues contained in this post, there is a support line you can contact here http://www.talktofrank.com/
