Agreed. Seems to me people dislike Taylor because of the way he has dominated the sport. It isn't his fault that the rest compared to him are sh!te.

People don't like him because he is a winner. They have some sort of jealousy when it comes to him, he does nothing wrong on stage from what I see.

My problem isn't with Taylor, he's so far in front of the rest it's untrue, it's with the likes of Waddell and Sky, who make it seem like there's only 1 player in the tournament. Fair enough, he's the best and red hot favourite, but when they do the World Championship build up with barely a mention of the defending champ then that's taking it too far.

My dislike of Taylor actually stems back to when he was Bristow's protege. I never liked Bristow either.

Him becoming the greatest darts player ever is just down to coincidence.

And anyway Paul, I can't agree with you because I am a fan of Tiger Woods and he is a winner and one of the greatest golfers ever.

Its a fair point about Waddell and Sky, thats not Taylor's fault but even as a Taylor fan I find irritating so anyone who does not like Taylor I can see why it would make it worse.

Fair comment, and I agree with you 100%.

I would prefer Sky and ITV to concentrate more on the underdogs and new players such as qualifiers in the build up to tournaments, because we all know about Taylor. Obviously, when advertising the sport and his matches it's essential for them to give all the hype to Taylor because he is by far the best known darts player out there.

Its his patronising of the other players which does me...and he does not credit Part for nowt (prob cause they dont get on).

Maybe calling him a nice person was not right..............i was far too kind.
