I've had a rant at him before for his terrible descriptions and not knowing anyone's name. He actually once said "watch the guy in the white boots." Well once I'd found the guy in the white boots (can't remember who it was) I missed the try!

could have been that he wasnt talking to you particularly but to the massed throng of soccer fans to whom the other 99.9% of that channel is dedicated in the faint hope that one or two will come to appreciate that RL is something well worth following

Either way you'd have missed the try once you'd found the guy in the white boots.
Loved the way he was rabbiting on about the rugby union for a few minutes prior to getting on to the clips too. Judging by his comments on various footage, he seemed well out of touch with the current teams, sounded like he was making half of it up as he went along imo.

Yep, he made some blunders, I'm sure he mixed up Saints and Leeds, saying that St Helens won the grand final last year.. something along those lines.
