I am also not convinced by Nobles tactics, I know for fact that he splits the pitch up into 12 and tells the players what to do depending where they are on the pitch so there is no creativity, the players will get a mouthfull off Nobby if they dont do what her says. We need some players in a free role especially Hock who is a top player.
At the same time though I do want us to have stability, changing coach all the time is not the answer. I would love to give Noble all the season, and I would love him to prove me wrong and for him to sign a new 3 year deal but I just cannot see things improving, other than another end of season fling in the play-offs.'"
