Hanley would have the balls to bash some heads, the others metioned in my opinion could only come in as assistants initially, hopefully gone are the days at Wigan of giving someone a coachig job because they were good players/servants to the club, jobs for the boys mentality.
Anyway my thoughts are well documented on the Wigan board, don not want to drag this off topic and i think the sentiment of the initial post is bang on the money.
