would probably put us around the top 4, come leeds away.
the league is not won in feb! it is won in october!
it bemuses me the lack of faith people have in the club- last night i saw a very even game, i saw some plays from wigan which where 10000000000 times better than wakefield, if it is the same come leeds, then it is time to seriously discuss where we are going but calling for the coaches head after TWO games is absolutely pathetic and shows why our fans are viewed as being so fickle!

Be fair, there have been many questioning Noble's appointment for a hell of a lot longer than 2 games.

Sally Cinnamon - Treat the Saints forum as you would if you met a girl from St Helens. Best policy would be to avoid altogether but if you absolutely can't resist temptation then take every possible precaution.

Here is me thinking he had been coach for 2 and a half years?

if you are happy to continue in this vein of form that we have seen for the last 2 years fair play, i am not.
I'll justify my POV. I can see where your coming from and why you want Cas to win.
By no means am I happy to continue this dire form, however I just think that after two games many people are reacting too hastily. I'm a Noble supporter and I'll be honest if this form does carry on it'll wear more and more thin. Where we are in SL in 3/4 games down the line will be an indication of where Wigan is going, and whether Noble is coming with us.

Surely the slate's wiped clean at the end of every season and we don't look at previous achievements/failures? After all Jon, you've been a loyal supporter of noble in the past 2 years, what you're saying is pathetic after 2 games

If that were the case the Noble supporters who crash out the old line time and time again, he saved us from relegation, look at what he did with Bradford etc etc would not have a leg to stand on.
A supporter of Noble?

Hence the wink.
I'm slowly coming round to your OP, short-term loss, long term gain etc.

Theres not much love on this thread.
To be honest I can see where Jonh is coming from. Ive had enough of Noble's one dimensional ineffective tactics. If we do lose to Cas surely hes gone which means the club can move forward with new ideas?
