A couple of poor defensive lapses i.e. Roberts letting the ball bounce leading to Radford's try cost us the match.
We built some decent pressure, made more breaks than we've been seeing for a while and kicked pretty well too.
Although ball retention and discipline wasn't great tonight, it was far better than last week although obviously last week couldn't have been much worse.
I felt as a team we tried hard tonight, especially reading the official website and realising we had roughly five players injured/carrying injuries.
If we'd have played like that Vs Wakefield we'd have won that match IMO. I know that's just an if. We can get a whole lot better than we've played tonight and I'm hoping we will.

There wasn't much difference between the 2 sides. Every time we got near the hull try line in the 2nd half we made an error. Both teams lacked any flair in attack.
