Option 2, but add to that back the coach with support & cash for improvements (either players or more staff), stop trying to be everyone's friend (i.e.Mike Ashley), and be the Chairman. Don't want to see him or hear him just know that he is signing the cheque and doing the background work & that goes for Hogan too.

How about if IL demands 6 wins from the next 8 games or Noble goes. I think it's fair to expect a Wigan team to win 6 of their opening 10 games, don't you? 5 from 10 just isn't good enough. That would give us until Easter Monday, Catalans away.
