As a Hull fan who was naturally there. You could easilyhave scored 5 tries tonight but for some great scrambling defence on our part. Your main concern should be fitness Your pack especially tired in the last quarter. Where as ours grow in stature.

Not trolling, just an honest opinion.

All in all for a first hit up of the season, very enjoyable game.

Thought you might have brought a few more fans with you though.

Enjoy the season, I am sure it won't be all doom and gloom for you.

You're all Category 3 fans so your opinions are invalid!! On a serious note, I thought Tim Smith was excellent tonight and we weren't all that bad. The sad thing is that Hull were there for the taking and we bottled it again i.e. Goulding messing up when it looked easier to score. Fans are getting restless, defeat next Friday and Noble will be gone IMO.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

Your best tackler starts on the bench. Harrison Hansen.

Yes he was top tackler in super league last season
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
