But its nothing new, and nothing is going to stop it happening unfortunately - yes a lot could be done to reduce the incidents of it but it will still happen.
i saw this else where if it was a mature 15 year old boy - and a very young 13 year old girl having a kid - would a different less 'sympathetic' spin be put on it.

I can't find out what month this 13 year old kid was born in but am I right in thinking that he could potentially still be at school/collage when his kid is starting?
