I just love the club! love the fans (well most of em ) Met some crackin folk watchin Wigan over the last 4 or so years(im fillin up here) and seen some amazing games. I know il watch them win a trophy, even if im 64.
The fact that Simply the best is synonymous with the club is apt
A purple patch inspired on his home ground by man of the match WIGAN CAPTAIN Sean O’Loughlin produced three tries in an eight-minute spell just before half-time, and the GB Lions added two more after the break to maintain Smith’s 100 per cent record as Great Britain coach.

The fact that we are the most famous club in the world of rugby league, and always will be
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

I love the passion of the fans - even though 2005 and 2006 were dreadful seasons results wise, the atmosphere at the games was the best I've ever experienced and showed how much the club means to the fans. The crowds went up! The club don't deserve us I think sometimes.
I love our heritage and our status in world Rugby League and general sporting terms - everyone knows about Wigan RL. The fact every other club loves beating us more than any proves that.
For me also, it's a tradition going back years in my family and it's great to carry that on.
