I posted the below last August and you stated you would take it as an agenda item to the next FC voices meeting with John Cooper.
Any update please ??
The issue of drinking in the stands is of a minor concern compared to the issue of smoking in the ground which completely contravenes Health and Safety but goes on week after week in the toilets and is largely ignored by the stewards.
I have written to Mr Cooper about this but wasn't even afforded the courtesy of a reply, perhaps FC Voices can table this as an agenda item for the next meeting ?

Its a good point (cant say I have noticed it really)but I suppose the club should be looking to stamp it out if its going on. On a side note have you contacted the council I believe they are responsible for policing the no smoking regulations that are now inforce in all public buildings. Its another avenue for you to try at least.

In this day of job losses and credit crunch......this is really high up on the agenda

Why shouldn't it be ?
Do you condone smoking illegally in the building and passing on the carcinogens of tobacco smoke to innocent third parties ? Its illegal, why shouldn't it be dealt with ?
Neither credit crunch nor job losses should have any effect on contravention of stadium rules.....If you can afford go to and watch then stick to the rules.
I mereley asked a question and was told it would be addressed but as yet have not seen or heard anything.

Job losses and the state of the economy don't come into it. No smoking in public places is the law, and the SMC should manage their stadium on gamedays accordingly to ensure that they are complying with the law.
Is it true that Richard Agar's favorite movie of all time is Groundhog Day or does he just generally like the same boring s**t day after day, season after season?

I couldnt care bleeding less tbh...........if some one wants to have a fag in the bogs then thats upto them...if they get caught then good but i wont go squealing to a steward or write up about it.

No, it is NOT up to them. It is illegal.
"Squealing" is it ? No wonder this country is going to the dogs if people just turn a blind eye to law breaking !

You contradict yourself by saying " I couldn't care bleeding less " then " if they get caught then good "
