With a couple of days ticket sales to go, that is leaving it tight.
From what I've seen today, another 1,000 have been sold, meaning there is around 1,500 left. Remember from now on, you have to pay the full price for a match ticket, so sales should reduce leading up to the game tomorrow.
Warrington fans should certainly try and purchase a ticket at the HJ club shop first thing in the morning

No, but the club are
Plus I'd prefer not to hear about Warrington fans being locked out because there is no room left

Call me a cynic, but I just don;t believe the figures being spouted.
If 16,000 tickets had been sold, would the authorities allow pay on the day?

Yes. It's been done like that for years. It's been done like that at the HJ in fact

Generally clubs don't sell over 90% of their tickets in advance and don't make games all ticket.
Warrington's games against the likes of Saints and Wigan are all ticket aren't they? I'm sure you generally have to purchase tickets before getting to the turnstiles.

To be perfectly frank.....
I have my ticket, so I'm gravy either way
If they say you can walk up, people will walk up. If you say it's on the verge of selling out and people have to put the effort in to getting a ticket or you won't get in, the uhmers and ahhers just won't bother.
Maybe

Needless to say, Saints released a story weeks ago pressing for people to make it a sell out. So people were warned a while ago, which is why I bought my ticket early.
