Yup, does make you wonder if anyone tested the site from an external domain, anyway, at least it can be fixed.

its fine on my pc with an average speed broadband connection and firefox. however i have designed a couple of sites myself and the first bit of pro advice i got was to consider people with slower connections - if folk are constantly waiting for pages to load they are going to go off elsewhere - this is crucial for a commercial site. its very nice having lots of snazzy graphics but you also need pages which load fast on slow connections - perhaps a flash and non flash variation on the site would work - not sure whether they have this option
