My Granddaughter wont be going tomorrow night and I asked at the ticket office where do you pay the upgrade, at the turnstyle or the ticket office? was told that junior passes are not 'upgradeable' and that the full amount is payable although you can still use that seat.
Seem to remember someone on here stating the opposite last season.

They have told you correctly, the rules have changed this year. I think City still do it but FC don't.
