It's stupidly slow even in Chrome.
Very poor. Practically unusable in fact. Presumably this is a temporary hiccup...

the problem is the "flash" type images on each page, unnecessary.

Other websites use similar over-the-top stuff and still load much faster. Think there might be something else contributing to the snail-through-molasses loading speed in addition to the heavy image usage.

I can't copy and paste the source code for the images, but they are not compressed or anything, hence the time taken to cache them.
