No, if Nobnle persists in playing the way he has since he came to the club then ainscough offers the most value of any winger becuse the one area he excels is scooting.
So would you have him & Richards on the wings? I havent seen much of Ainscough, but its an interesting view.

I have always had a lot of respect for Noble, you don't win what he has unless you know something about the game, but he seemed so dispirited in his interview,my impression was that he was wondering if he has had enough. In past seasons after bad results he has come out very positive about what needed to be done,I didn't get that impression this time.
I recall last season Noble referring to "some not football related issues".
If there are things "going on" either he gets a grip on them as coach or he should admit he's lost the dressing room. He then either gets IL's support for disciplinary action and a major clear-out in due course or he resigns. Poor performances are one thing but the shambles today and the apparent behind the scenes turmoil at the club are unacceptable.

I suspect he would resign because I don't think IL would be interesting in D&G action as it may cost him £££.

Dull, boring training methods. A lack of belief in what Noble tells them as regards tactics. As an example. The very annoying move forward a yard then hold defence is purely down to Noble. Trent suggested changing it in training last year and he got abuse in front of the other players foir doing so. He also offered to work on some moves/game plans with Noble and go told thanks but no thanks. The value of his word/treatment of players.

That was clearly evident after his daft criticism of Trent Barrett. That suggested to me he knew nothing about rugby league.
Trent Barrett was our attack, our kicking game, everything. Any fan that didn't know this before I hope will have learned so after we were clueless in attack today.

Interesting, but why are the other coaching staff not helping in this regard.

Does this go back to the fans forum when he hung them out to dry?
