For those that missed it "Junior Airlie Birds" was announced during the fans forum.

Finally, at Jimmy Rules admittance, a huge gap in the Clubs fans activities is to be plugged with a group for FC fans 14 and under.

There were flyers/application forms at the Fans Forum. It looks interesting for those who are eligible.

I hope that it's as successful as our neighbours Junior Robins seems to be.

If you can achieve half the success of the JR's you will have done well.

Nice of the club, after fooking them over for the corporate £ to give them a little club they can join instead of being able to go to games.

Why can't they go to games?also my 2 lads are over 16 now but have had junior passes for years, £25.00 a season at most, every home game and free entry to away games, hope i don't upset many on here, but i don't think they,ve done too bad

Oh Come on this is not about Friday nights its about those on here who quite rightly have lambasted the club over the years about not having a junior supporters club like the one we had back at the Boulevard! Some people have been pestering the club for this for years and now something has happened.

The kids don't have to be a pass holder or even a supporter to join, its a community initiative and completely free of charge.

The kids get several meet the players type events during the year, Membership cards, a Junior Airlie Bird poster and player collector cards to stick on it, A monthly news letter, discounts at the club shop and special pre match events for them to attend before selected games.

If it was £5 to join or just for pass holders then OK,But as it stands before a single membership card has been sent out, We have got to give this a go!
