We've all had coaches whose training methods we havent liked, it dont mean they are bad though
On flip side, you ask anybody who has been coached by Billy Mallo at Skirlaugh etc, they all rate him as one of the best theyve ever had, yet hes never coached since , why ??
Mel Harmon will do the player performance and Crooks will be head of youth devolpment simlar to the role he held with the RFL so not doing any coaching as you say

He has a terrible reputation on the coaching side but is held in high esteem at the RL as far as his Youth Development role was concerned. However it still for me all conjecture at present, Hudge could have released him as the Mail said then had second thoughts when he found out where he was going. He was certainly in an a*sey mood on KCFM!!!!
