I'll bow to your more informed knowledge there, the thing that amuses me though is if both the Chief Exec and ass Coach have left "by mutal consent" there will possibly have had to be , as there usually is in these cases, a financial settlement. Both individuals had long stretches of their contracts to run. That will have cost a fair bit I bet! Folks don't walk away from organisations with their mouths clamped shut without something of a settlement, ask John Kear and Peter Sharp! (But they wont tell you)

Proof if ever it was need that they were as green as grass when it came to running a club and in particular a youth structure. Basically they were making appointments because they HAD to and very little long term thought went into it.
But then again most of us knew that at the time.
