I thoroughly enjoyed the forum and came away very happy for the future of the club.
I thought Ian Lenegan was very up front, honest yet had a stubborn streak and didn't pussy foot around any questions nor the people asking them, which was good to see.
Mick Hogan had plenty to say and had a clear vision of what the club is aiming for and how to go about it, and he spoke with confidence.
I've never seen Brian Noble so enthusiastic and animated. You kind of got a glimpse of how he is on the training pitch and the changing rooms and what he said was interesting and made plenty of sense.
Whether or not people agree with what any of the three people say or not, they expressed their opinions, thoughts and idead better than anybody's posts on any forum and was left happy and confident with what they had to say.
....However, I'm still uneasy on the stadium/lease situation. We admitingly come second in the stadium, yet we're forced to accept what the 'stadium company' (who in my opinion is just Dave Whelan) say what is allowed and what isn't but we should be happy because we get good rates and all other clubs that ground share have the same problems.
Unfortunately, it just seems we have to put up with it.

Our players aren't developing later than other players over in this country, maybe in Australia but the hole infrastructure is different.
I never said it did. The comment re duty of care was because in Education it is similarly used to 'bull' / make excuses
In terms of players. I will give you an example Ainscough is never going to get more muscular, defined, stronger. He wasted 2008 in the Academy. He went to Aus, played superbly and was given some reserve time. How does he go from Academy to First Team in weeks? It is illogical.
You can compare our youngsters against any in any SL club. They are physically stronger/tougher yet their rivals at other clubs are playing SL. RLWorld has a very good interview with the 3 Cas youngsters.
My own sporting knowledge comes from 3 generations involved in sport and playing sport to a high level myself.
