I think its realism, as an Everton fan I don't think we have an abundance of skill on offer, but some of the City players could not even trap a ball and on several occasions lost posession because of the lack of ability to even keep it in play, they made us look like a top team and we have been playing without a recognised striker for a while now.
Phil Brown needs to get a couple of new players in there who can boss the midfield a bit, Pinnear, Arteta and Filleanni where all over them.

Just to add to those who think HC are on the way down the table, with it been January this would be the perfect time to sign players. But the likes of Boa Morte, Michael Brown and Chopra, who I've seen them linked with, aren't going to keep them up. If I was Duffen, I'd give Brown £20m to spend. With the position they are in already, that type of cash would guarentee them a spot in the Prem next year, and they would lose alot more than £20m if they went down

Exactly, that amount isn't a huge risk to be fair.. plus next year with a few players totting up to a total of 20million, it has to be a pretty decent squad. January should be the time used to recruit players rather than depending on the summer when some players might not be available.

Saints by plenty, by miles even!

HKR are about as poor as it gets.

Shame it doesn't keep the sound like the full east stand of HKR. That's atmosphere.
The team look completely disjointed and look destined for the bottom three after recording only one win in their last 12 games. Not a foregone conclusion but their next few league fixtures are:
Arsenal (h)
West Ham (a)
West Brom (h)
Chelsea (a)
With their only decent chance of points in those being against West Brom in those Hull City could find themself in the bottom 4/5 by the beginning of February.

I,for one, will laugh my cotton socks off when City go down, and take all the band waggoners with`em.
As for Phil Brown, can`t help but laugh when ever i see him on the touchline, draped in silly scarf, ear piece and fake tan, does that man love himself or what !
