As it says in the article, Hatton wants a fight with Pacquiao, which is the one I think will happen. If/when that takes place, the winner against Mayweather Jr becomes an even bigger fight.
Smart manouevering by Floyd's camp, let it be known you want to fight again, claim you were blocked in the original opponent (Hatton) and then get your shot at the winner.
A bit of chess going on at the moment with the Mayweather, Hatton and Pacquaio parties. It wouldn't surprise me if all of them ended up fighting each other at some stage, but it's about money alot of the time in boxing these days.
All three are in an amazing position to negotiate a deal - Hatton because he's the biggest draw in boxing (besides De La Hoya maybe), Pacquaio because he's pound for pound king and Mayweather because he's retired and undefeated.

I think Hatton would rather fight Pacquiao because of the weight division he can fight him in, and I think it will happen next year in the UK. The winner will undoubtably fight Mayweather.
If Ricky loses to Pacman I really don't know where he can go, Mayweather will not be interested. Unfortunately I don't see Ricky beating either man. Pacquiao will ultimately fight Mayweather for the unofficial best fighter on the planet title, and it is a tough one to call.

Seems a done deal and falls on the same weekend as Murrayfield Magic which is superb. It'll be in Vegas aswell not at Wembley. Hatton plans to start training 12 weeks before the clash, which shows his intentions.

Hatton definately.
De La Hoya starved himself to 143lbs at one point to make sure he made 147lbs which affected him so bad his stomach shrank to the point where he barely put on 2lbs after the weigh-in up to the fight.
Pacquiao is a great fighter but his victory over De La Hoya was a distorted one given the physical state of De La Hoya.
Hatton believes he cannot be beat at 140lbs and I agree with him, he will bully Pacquiao and win IMO.
