Some fairly decent CB's on this year's game.

I've tried, and failed, in attempts to sign Fazio, Sakho, Miranda and Zapata. I ended up signing Mathias Jorgensen who's OK, pretty quick.

Anybody on here signed Marquinhos?

If so, where did you get the best out of him, position-wise?

Which one? Palmeiras?

Not got him but from looking at his stats is a ideal AMC. Pretty nippy but also good passer and dribbler.

Or, (if you don't use a AMC like myself) have him as a striker but with a arrow backwards.

Well I have him, and I've tried him in all areas. He seems to be good in most positions bar up front.

I play him on the left/right more often than not.

Here's what he's like on my game now:

Well that seems to be working well enough for you. Developed into a nippy winger.

I'm still in 09 (just) so wondering what my team will be like in 2012.
How many coaches do you have and what are your ratings for training.

Went out and spent quite a bit on Coaches myself but there are a few coaches on silly contracts who are not very good.

All of my senior coaches are 7 stars, I also tried to get two coaches for each part, as somebody told me if you have a lot of players at your club training, you need more coaches to coach more players, not just one 7* coach in each department, can't say I've ever noticed, though.

What I have noticed is that in Spain, it seems that as soon as a player signs a contract, he trains at senior level. I have nobody training on youth training schedules, everybody is at a senior level, which is weird, so despite have quality youth coaching and a state of the art academy, nobody uses them/it!!

The training seems weird on this FM, a lot of players seem to go up and down a lot in their stats. I've had months where players apparently in their peak have gone down on every stat in their technical bar throw ins.

I also have that Sergio Asenjo, but it seems that whenever he's at my club, his stats go down, so I loaned him out and he went back up, he came back to my club and went back down, and now he won't go anywhere!!!

It shouldn't make a difference if the coaches workload is light

Aye, think that's what it was. some were 7*, yet said 'average'.

Might just be a case of putting Sergio Asenjo on his own training schedule to make sure the stats he's losing is worked on.

Happens when you have a MC/FC put them on a attacking based schedule and they lose midfield skills and so on.
