You really are a sad and lonely person who tries to get rid of your personal anguish by pretending to be who you are not.Walter Mitty was like that and he was a buffoon. If you are ashamed of being a dobbin maybe you could have shock therapy at Morrill Street clinic.Envy manifests itself in some very peculiar ways.Ever thought of applying to the dobbins for a job on the "board"

In what way?

The HJ offers good facililities alround with a choice of standing or seating.

Im hoping KC does get expanded as it will mean more cash for City and also the atmosphere against the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea etc would be awesome with a full 35k

But on the other hand at FC games the atmosphere would be like Huddersfield and watching the games and looking around and theres 20,000+ empty seats wont be good but still id rather watch the game in a 35,000 state of the art stadium than go back to a 12,000 dump

Radford must have took a bang to the head tho to come out and say he would like to go back to Boulevard :?

You see more conspiracies than Fox Mulder. Not related to Damo from the Leeds Board are you? Actually, you're probably not - his nonsense is far more entertaining.

And now for those of you watching in black and white...this one is in technicolour.

You lot are priceless, you've harped on for years about how your a superior team playing in a superior stadium and how far behind the red n whites are with no chance of us ever catching up, well we've caught up and overtaken on the playing front, now it looks like in the not too distant future we'll have the superior stadium too!!!
the best thing about your club is that we don't have to struggle to catch up with you cause your board are doing a great job of dragging you backwards whilst we continue to move forwards, and i agree that Radford would not have said this sort of thing without some sort of media screening by the club, it looks to me that this is one of the clubs famous 'surveys' that they carry out just to get the feel of what the fans think about it when they actually do it!
I say well done Tool and Hitlerington for doing such a great job of making HKR the best team in the city.

Tell ya what fella, the KC is a nice stadium (I helped build the place), I really do like it.....BUT......IT HAS NO SOUL. Ok this might come with future generations of FC supporters, but i doubt it very much. FC fans have, over the last few years, seemed to have lost the position of noisiest in the league (apart from our trip to a final in Cardiff  ). The Idea of hearing the Threepenny scaring the hell out of the opposition excites me, and if you have a long FC supporting memory.........IT SHOULD EXCITE YOU TOO!!!!! I bet if it was put to a vote for just those that have supported Hull FC for more than 10 years, then they would say a Boulevard return would be better than sharing a ground with another team that think they have a bigger say in the place!

You cannot compare the atmosphere at the Galpharm to the KC.

As MMJ has pointed out, The Boulevard lost most of its atmosphere in 1985. The atmosphere at many games at the KC has been better than anything at The Boulevard in our last 15 years or so there.

The occasional poor atmosphere at the KC has been more to do with the rubbish we've been forced to watch rather than the design of the stadium.

I seriously doubt that a majority of long term fans would want to move back to a redeveloped Boulevard. As has been pointed out, the cost would be astronomical given the amount of housing around the old place. Can someone explain where this money would come from.

I have wonderful memories of The Boulevard but the KC is our home now, thank God.
